Germany Day 7: Egyptian and Roman Artifacts, Berlin Sunset

On my seventh day in Berlin, I ventured to the Neues Museum, which has an impressive collection of artifacts, the most notable of which is the Nefertiti bust; and the impressive Soviet War Memorial in Treptower Park, which includes a 40-foot-tall statue of a Red Army soldier holding a sword and child and standing on a broken swastika.

There was also a sunset behind the TV Tower, seen from Treptower Park across the Spree River, that was too good to pass up.

Enjoy!

You are seeing parts of Berlin that we did not have time nor knowledge of. Hope you continue to enjoy your time and adventures.
To bad that some locals are disrespectful toward tourists.
We had similar experiences in Italy.
