Our fourth day in Berlin was probably the most eventful yet, with visits to the Reichstag, Germany’s “equivalent” to the U.S. Capitol building; the Brandenburg Gate; and a socialist political rally in Alexanderplatz square that featured the German band Lastrel.
We also visited with John MacDougall, an Agence France-Presse (AFP) photographer based in the city. He gave us some tips on taking photos and how to get involved with international press photography, as well as showed us some of his portfolio, which includes the famous Zidane head butt photo.
At the Brandenburg Gate, I spotted someone with a face tattoo. See if you can find him or her in the photos below. Enjoy!
